What’s Hot for Spring Break 2020?

Happy back to school season! Like many families, as you settle into the new fall schedule and look at the year ahead Spring Break is probably on your mind.

We say this every year – but NOW (September) is the time to plan your Spring Break travels in order to ensure the best pricing and availability. Waiting to book Spring Break travel will not get you a better price. In fact, the exact opposite. As availability books up, special offers will expire and only the highest category accommodation and flight options remain.

So here’s what we are most excited about for Spring Break 2020!

Costa Rica Villas in Manuel Antonio

Costa Rica is always a great family travel destination, here you’ll find amazing beaches and plenty of adventures to be had!

And for Spring Break 2020, we’re excited to introduce a new portfolio of villas in the Manuel Antonio area. Not only is the country’s best location for beaches and wildlife, but these villas offer extraordinary value for money.

For example, we have a 6 bedroom house in the heart of Manuel Antonio with huge ocean views, a pool table in the large living room upstairs, a pool with a deck that is a second living room downstairs, and within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and nightlife.

Or for one family, we have a lovely 2-bedroom house with a loft (and a casita which acts as a 3rd bedroom) set amidst the jungle, teeming with monkeys and birds in the trees.

If you’re looking for something fun and exotic, but also a destination where you can stay in one place for a week and find time to relax – these Costa Rica villas are a great option.

Culture and Adventure in Morocco

For an exotic family adventure, spring is a great time of year to visit Morocco. With 6 or 7 nights, your family can experience the lively markets and city life of Marrakech, the massive Sahara sand dunes (complete with luxury camping in the desert!) and even a few nights in the truly unique Atlas Mountains. Flights via Spain or Portugal are well priced and run on very reasonable schedules.

In Marrakech, location is key. Here you want to be able to get around on foot. After spending a morning with an English speaking guide, spend some time exploring on your own. Don’t miss a cooking class here, always a family favorite!

Grand Velas All Inclusive in Puerto Vallarta

If your family is looking for an all inclusive Spring Break 2020 – the Gand Velas in Puerto Vallarta is a fabulous option!

The Cancun and Riviera Maya areas of Mexico continue to suffer from sea grass piling up on the beaches, coming and going with very little predictability. However, the western coast of Mexico remains free of the sea grass and also boasts some fun, family adventures. As a result more families than ever are looking to the Puerto Vallarta area for their Spring Break 2020 plans.

And as always, our clients here get some nice perks and amenities you won’t get anywhere else.

Easy Breezy Relaxing on the Beach in the Bahamas

While flights into the Bahamas in past years have been expensive and limited – this year, at least for now, flights look very good and reasonably priced.

We love the Rosewood Baha Mar, where a room with 2 Queen beds is pricing around $1080 per night including breakfast daily and a $100 food and beverage credit at the end of March. This resort is on the larger side, so yo’ll find plenty of nice amenities like kids club and several restaurants.

Coral Sands on Harbor island is also a fabulous option for families. We love their understated, barefoot luxury.

Here 1-bedroom master suites (separate sleeping area for the kids on sleeper sofa in the living area) are pricing around $1,150 per night over Spring Break dates, also including complimentary breakfast and a $100 food and beverage credit.
