The first time we took our kids deep sea fishing. Dolphins chased our boat, we saw sea turtles, caught sharks, stingrays and a pelican landed on our boat and hung out for a while. The memory of my kids being in awe, screaming with excitement and the beauty of nature really stands out in my mind from that day. Another was taking the kids to Disney World the first time. My son laughed with such excitement and yelled, “We’re here! We’re really at Disney World!” as we passed under the sign. Seeing the world through their lens is my favorite thing.
